We’re seeking a goal-oriented sales professional with experience in cold calling, telemarketing, and business development to help us generate real estate leads, qualify prospects, and book high-value client meetings.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients — turning curiosity into interest, and interest into qualified appointments for our sales team. If you’re passionate about sales, client outreach, and real estate success, this is the role for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of real estate (an asset)
  • Proven sales, telemarketing, or business development experience
  • Experience using a dialer or similar sales dialer/VoIP systems (preferred)
  • Excellent cold calling skills — confident and persuasive on the phone
  • Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable using CRM software, sales automation tools, and social media for prospecting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Connaissance du secteur immobilier (un atout)

Responsibilities
  • Cold calling & outbound sales – Call prospective clients daily using a dialer to promote our real estate services and generate new leads.
  • Dialer call management – Use the dialer to track call history, manage voicemails, and maintain accurate lead records.
  • Automated follow-ups – Leverage dialer workflows and SMS campaigns to re-engage prospects.
  • Lead qualification – Identify motivated buyers, sellers, and investors through strategic prospecting.
  • Appointment setting – Book real estate consultations and meetings for our sales team directly in the dialer and our CRM.
  • Performance tracking – Monitor call metrics, conversion rates, and daily outreach goals through dialer analytics.
  • Multi-channel outreach – Combine phone calls, SMS, email marketing, and social media lead generation for maximum impact.
  • Collaboration – Share call insights and script feedback with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion strategies.
