ABOUT REZILENS

Rezilens is a Dubai-based technology company specializing in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. Our flagship platform, DiGRC, is an AI-powered solution that enables organizations to strengthen governance, enhance resilience, and accelerate digital transformation.
We are seeking a Business Development Associate with 3–5 years of experience to support Rezilens’ growth across the UAE and MENA region. This role combines sales support, partner engagement, and event representation, making it an ideal opportunity for a driven professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of business development / sales experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth and build professional relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, or partner management is a plus.
• Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a senior commercial role.
