This is a remote position. At Digital HR Ecosystem GmbH, we support companies in their digital transformation in HR. To further expand our Shared Service Center, we are looking for a Business Development Associate | Shared Service Center – Pre Sales who strengthens our Business Development team through data-driven research, prospecting, and sales preparation in Zoho CRM. In this role, you ensure that our customer acquisition activities are built on high-quality, well-structured, and scalable data foundations. Preferred location: India or Egypt Your are of resposibilities Researching, scraping, and enriching company and contact data for defined target markets Working with large datasets (e.g. CSV files, Excel) to prepare, clean, and structure prospect data Importing, validating, and maintaining structured data within Zoho CRM Supporting prospecting activities (target companies, decision-makers, market segmentation) Preparing outreach and pre-sales lists for Business Development Ensuring high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across sales workflows Collaborating closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Data Management teams Contributing to the continuous improvement of pre-sales and prospecting processes Requirements Profound experience with Zoho CRM is essential Experience working with large datasets (CSV, Excel / spreadsheets) Strong knowledge in Business Development, sales processes, and data-driven work Familiarity with data scraping, data preparation, or data enrichment workflows Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical working style Very good English skills; German is a strong advantage Benefits Growth & development: Opportunity to grow long-term with the company and take on increased responsibility as we scale Attractive performance-based compensation: You benefit from a results-oriented compensation structure based on the results you help to create for the company to scale Flexibility: Remote work with flexible working hours and workload International network: You work with leading experts from various countries and continuously expand your professional network
