Your analytical skills, business acumen, and problem solving skills will be tested! Are you up to the challenge? Job description: Analyzing business structures, systems, data, and processes, as well as identifying existing and potential business problems Driving discussion with stakeholders to understand processes, problems, needs, objectives, and then conduct brainstorming sessions to discuss impactful solutions Identifying edge cases and conduct risk analysis Overseeing the implementation of new solutions Establishing communication and provide support to achieve effective cross-division cooperation Creating reports/dashboards/documents on various data with designated tools and formats Supporting strategic business needs as required, including but not limited to market research, benchmarking, etc. Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and time delivery of partnership proposals and commercial agreements Requirement: Minimum a bachelor's degree of any major 2-3 years of experience in research consultant companies Top-notch problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills (both quantitative & qualitative) A huge enthusiasm for business process improvement Excellent communication skills Proficiency in English, both spoken and written Tech-savvy and highly competent in Office Tools (MS Office, G Suite, etc.) Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to details Willingness to work both independently and in teams Preferably if you have BPO or agency experience and have understanding of B2B solutions Experience in Business Development Support / Analyst role at least 2 years
