Job Description We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our Business Development team. The Business Development team are responsible for growing our new to brand client growth across the UK via strategic client verticals (Entrepreneurs, C-Suite, High-earning professionals, Charities, Divorce & Personal Injury). You will play a key role in supporting the Business Development team to deliver against the new business strategy, helping to drive growth, build introducer relationships, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Day-to-day activities include introducer and partner liaison, outreach and coordination, post event follow up, sales enablement, proposal preparation, and pipeline management. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop, and progress into a Business Development Manager position.
