Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Business Development Associate to help drive our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in startup or corporate environment with business development experience
  • HVAC experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEMs, selling Voomi’s business.
  • Hit onboarding goals (qualified leads and closes) and sales targets
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of business development activities and present progress to senior leadership and board members.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on high-value revenue opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of business development opportunities, ensuring progress and prioritization based on impact and feasibility.
