We are looking for a high-performance lead generator who thrives under pressure, meets measurable targets consistently, and understands the difference between being busy and being effective. If you do not like accountability, structure, or working to weekly KPIs—this role is not for you.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our Business Development
  • team as well as having initial meetings to qualify clients. This is a frontline sales support role
  • and a perfect fit for someone hungry to build a long-term career in B2B sales.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Research and profile target companies in line with our ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
  • Engage C-suite and HR/Training decision-makers
  • Book discovery calls for senior sales representatives
  • Track all activity in our CRM.
  • Deliver on a daily and weekly lead quota—no exceptions
  • Attend virtual team check-ins and daily sales reportin
