Location: New York (preferably based in New Jersey), Remote/Work-from-Home
Pay:$24-28 per hour + commitment

  • Develop and expand Nanlite’s business in the North American market, covering both B2B (dealers, distributors, corporate clients) and B2C (end users, e-commerce channels).
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated and supports product improvement.
  • Event Effectiveness Evaluation & Resource Management: Evaluate the performance of exhibitions and offline events, analyze data, and provide insights into ROI. Manage offline marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets, provide regular progress reports, and prepare business development plans and summaries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience; background in consumer electronics, film/TV equipment, lighting, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn and ability to quickly understand products and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Familiarity with North American sales channels (e-commerce, distributors, retailers) is a plus.
