Responsibilities
  • Actively research and identify new prospective business opportunities and action new business-related enquiries
  • Manage the production of high-quality bid documents by coordinating tender documents, presentation material and collation of technical input, including project documentation.
  • Lead and contribute to bid submissions, and industry competitions and award entries.
  • Confirm & coordinate internal resources to assist with the preparation of scope and fee component of bids.
  • Coordinate and facilitate bid review meetings, ensuring key stakeholders provide input and address concerns or issues.
  • Monitor and track bid performance and analyse win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously develop and improve bid proposal content and processes
