Description

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities related to manpower supply for both blue-collar and white-collar workforce segments. This includes developing client relationships, understanding manpower needs across industries, and offering tailored staffing solutions. The ideal candidate has strong networking abilities, a clear understanding of labor market trends, and a results-driven approach to sales.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, HR, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manpower supply, recruitment, or staffing services.
  • Strong knowledge of blue-collar and white-collar job roles, industry practices, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in blue-collar and white-collar manpower supply across sectors such as construction, logistics, hospitality, facility management, retail, admin, and IT.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, and procurement teams.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable manpower solutions that align with their operational and budgetary needs.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower services.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on labor regulations, visa/work permit requirements, and market trends in staffing.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
