Description:
Overview: As Business Development, Building Restoration & Estimator you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the restoration projects within the designated business unit. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a combination of leadership, project management, and business development skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in the construction or building restoration industry.
• Strong understanding of building restoration techniques, materials, and processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
• Must have an eye for detail, thorough, and highly organized.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as required by project demands.
