Job description: The U.S. Wealth team was created to engage with taxable U.S. investors and their advisors. The group is responsible for education, awareness and managing new and current client relationships for AQR strategies through dedicated coverage to the Family Office community, Registered Investment Advisor community, as well as elite advisors and teams within the major Broker-Dealer segment. The Team The Business Management team partners closely with the U.S. Wealth leadership group to drive forward the strategic agenda for the business. The team is responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, tracking key business metrics, and delivering analytical and operational support across the organization Your Role Produce recurring management reporting across products, sales teams, and distribution channels, with a particular focus on deliverables for senior sales team leadership Generate customized outputs for RIA and Broker-Dealer teams Run ad hoc analyses on the state of the business to identify trends, highlight risks, and surface areas for further investigation Partner with senior members of Business Management team to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and special projects Synthesize unstructured datasets to create high-quality, presentation-ready outputs for internal and external audiences What You’ll Bring A Bachelor’s degree; concentrations in Economics, Finance or Business High degree of intellectual curiosity High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Working knowledge of ThinkCell, Salesforce, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Microstrategy) is highly desired Who You Are Hard working and eager to learn in a highly intellectual, collaborative environment Well-organized and detail-oriented Self-starter, able to work independently as well as within a team Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledge of finance and the investment management industry is required
