Business Development- Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Proven healthcare sales experience in Home Care is a huge plus! Working knowledge of Home Care and/or CalAIM is a huge plus! Outgoing, driven, and coachable with strong relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and travel within San Diego Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check Essential Functions: Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners while actively conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and networking. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive referrals and revenue, while using CRM tools to track performance and outcome Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
