Ride Automotive Group is seeking highly motivated, results-driven Bilingual Business Development Center Sales Representative to join our growing team at our corporate office. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our business by engaging with prospective customers, promoting our products and services, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is a fast-paced and target-oriented position that requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently achieve daily and monthly performance goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English AND French or Spanish (bilingual proficiency is mandatory)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college or post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional phone manner
  • Proven ability to overcome objections and convert opportunities
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and general comfort with technology tools
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating closely with the sales team
  • Manage and update customer databases with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively
  • Assist with lead generation and prospecting to support business growth
  • Accurately document all call activities and interactions in the CRM system
