Your Purpose as a Business Development Center Representative: Scheduling appointments for the Service Department Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention by using multiple forms of communication Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle Customer service experience preferred; on the job training will be provided Basic computer skills; Microsoft products and data entry program will be used Other job-specific training/requirements Additional Qualifications: A team-first always perspective with a desire to win together attitude.
