BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (BDC) REPRESENTATIVEJOIN A TRUSTED NAME IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY!

Romeo Auto Group is seeking a driven, customer-focused BDC Representative to support our sales and service teams. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—handling inbound inquiries, making follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, and helping drive traffic to our showroom.
Compensation will range from $35k to $60k per year, based on experience and performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or dealership BDC preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and written communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Consenting to a background check
