SPECIAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR MARKET EXPANSION AND MANAGING A SALES REPRESENTATIVE NETWORK AT PERSIAN HORIZON INTERNATIONAL GROUP

Persian Horizon Group, operating two online stores in the beauty & cosmetics and food/construction/handicrafts sectors, is seeking a professional and motivated individual to recruit and manage a network of local and international sales representatives.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or franchise/agency management, preferably in beauty, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, training, and team leadership.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic or Persian is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with sales analysis, reporting methods, and international teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
  • International and multicultural work experience will be considered valuable.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives in the UAE, Iran, and other target markets.
  • Negotiate and sign sales partnership agreements with representatives for the sale of the group’s products and services.
  • Manage and maintain regular communication with the sales network (support, inquiries, implementation of sales policies).
  • Plan and conduct training sessions and product introductions.
  • Analyze representative performance, provide regional reports, and enhance sales targets.
  • Execute incentive and development campaigns to support active representatives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and propose regional growth strategies.
  • Resolve disputes, manage upgrades, or terminate partnerships as necessary.
  • Participate in events, training, and promotional campaigns, ensuring coordination and execution.
