POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re now looking to hire a full-time Business Development & Client Success Manager to help accelerate our growth. This role will focus on building scalable outreach strategies and compelling content systems that drive new client acquisition, while positioning MeshGrid HR as a subject matter expert in recruiting top electrical talent.

OPTION A: YOU KNOW THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY

  • You’ve worked for a manufacturer, utility, or consulting firm in a technical, sales, or client-facing role, selling services
  • You know the electrical industry and can confidently speak to engineers, hiring managers, HR and Talent Acquisition Managers
  • You’re ready to learn the recruitment side and sell services

OPTION B: YOU KNOW RECRUITMENT SALES

  • You’ve sold staffing or recruitment services before, ideally in engineering, IT, or industrial
  • You know how to run outreach, win retainers, and manage client accounts
  • You’re ready to go deeper in a single industry, not just chase volume

    Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical industry (e.g., utilities, OEMs, EPCs, Electrical Field Services, NETA companies and engineering firms)
  • Build and manage client relationships from first outreach to long-term partnerships
  • Work closely with recruiters and sourcers to ensure seamless delivery of talent
  • Educate clients on our recruitment process, value proposition, and pricing model
  • Prepare capability overviews, proposals, and project briefs for client review
  • Attend virtual meetings, and trade events to foster relationships with companies’ decision makers while promoting MeshGrid HR services
  • Ensure excellent post-placement service and client satisfaction
