British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) is a Social Enterprise dedicated to supporting the Armed Forces Community (AFC) in their transition to civilian careers. Established in 2009, BFRS bridges the gap between the AFC and businesses across the UK, delivering impactful events, career support services, and opportunities that drive real, sustainable career outcomes. Our mission is to serve the Armed Forces Community and work hand-in-hand with forces-friendly companies to create successful futures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Essential:
• Business Development:
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across a range of sectors.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction.
• Actively cross-sell BFRS services, including digital packages, event sponsorships, and brand visibility solutions.
• Achieve and exceed set sales and engagement targets.
• Support the creation and delivery of membership and marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Attend external events and meetings to represent BFRS and expand the network of client prospects.
• Desirable:
• Knowledge or lived experience of the Armed Forces Community.
• Experience in a mission-driven, membership, or social enterprise environment.
• Flexibility to travel and occasionally work early mornings, late evenings, or overnight stays.
