As a Business Development Community Representative on our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and demonstrate your compassion, positively influencing the lives of our residents and team members.

What you’d do as a Business Development Community Representative at Care Initiatives:

  • Designs and implements a marketing plan primarily designed to meet the needs of professional referral partners in long-term care.
  • Leads efforts in establishing broader community engagement.
  • Completes marketing calls; maintains record keeping system on marketing activities, including documenting referrals in the clinical record.
  • Develops implements and evaluates initiatives designed to promote awareness and understanding of Care Initiatives’ programs and services in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

What it takes to become a Business Development Community Representative with Care Initiatives:

  • 2-3 years of proven success in healthcare marketing and/or sales.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care, highly preferred.
  • An understanding of the continuum of care and the admissions process, highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
