What About the Salary?

We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses, which means your earning potential is truly unlimited.

• Average performers earn around €35k in their first year (base + commission)
• By year two, earnings typically rise to €50k
• Top performers can achieve €80k+ annually

Who Are You?

• You have 1 – 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Sales Executive, Customer Success Associate, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Sales Coordinator, or similar
• You’re motivated by clear targets and enjoy the satisfaction of hitting - and exceeding - your goals.
• You are fluent in English and hold an EU passport or citizenship.
