Position Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and promoting our services across both end users and channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional communication skills, and a creative approach to marketing. This role demands a motivated professional with a strong focus on revenue generation, business development, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

SKILLS:

  • Experience in the real estate management industry, ideally with an established network of industry contacts to generate business opportunities.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • Experience working with North American companies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Basic image and video editing skills are preferred but not required.
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of social media and marketing channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong commitment to client service and continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Digital marketing skills are an advantage.

EDUCATION:

  • Graduate in a computer-related field/ Business Marketing or Postgraduate with an MBA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives.
  • High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and strong internal drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to build and maintain a wide network of professional relationships over time.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Address customer and partner inquiries effectively, providing accurate information and tailored solutions.

  • Travel internationally to attend industry events and meet clients, enhancing the company’s real estate presence.
