Description:

At Petrie Ford our BDC sales representatives act as a primary point of contact between our clients and our sales team, taking charge of inbound business opportunities and promoting conversations into qualified appointments.
BDC representatives answer phone calls and emails from guests and initiate calls to schedule and confirm appointments. Their duties include regular communication follow-ups with guests, and the management of specific communication campaigns. You may also be required to step in to assist our Sales Team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to maintain an acceptable volume average, as set out by your manager. This position requires heavy phone usage (minimum of 40-60 calls per day). Previous call center experience is an asset. The successful candidate will be required to obtain his or her OMVIC license at own expense.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients by phone, text or email; providing information, and to book and confirm appointments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond promptly to internet leads, and emails from clients.
  • Find opportunities for renewal and for new business through multiple contacts with the dealer’s clients.
  • Ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is always maintained.
  • Build trust and maintain a solid business relationship with clients.
  • Provide proactive communication with each client.
  • Perform outgoing calls including unsold clients, prospecting calls from generated lists and sold client follow up and CSI.
  • Book appointments for sales staff and make them aware of booked appointments.
  • Log all client interaction in PBS and complete daily to-dos and follow ups.
  • Track results daily in PBS.
  • Review results daily with manager.
