QUALIFICATIONS

  • This position is open only for female candidates.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Experience in interior design product selling or design-related roles is a plus.
  • Creative and talented with a keen interest in furnishings.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office, for quotation preparation.
  • Effective English communication skills for email correspondence.
  • Experience or knowledge in the furnishings industry, including selling soft flooring (e.g., carpets, parquet, rubber flooring), hard flooring (e.g., tiles, wooden flooring), and wallpapers. Products cater to a wide range of spaces such as homes, villas, apartments, hotels, and mosques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Consultant at Surfaces Furnishing, with opportunities available in both the Abu Dhabi and Dubai Carpetland Showrooms. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Consulting with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Providing excellent customer service and expert consulting services in the furnishings industry.
  • Preparing quotations and managing email communication with clients.
  • Supporting showroom operations and achieving sales targets.
