Description
Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market using digital tools and data platforms. Execute smart, multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media, etc.). Own the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing. Maintain and update CRM with pipeline data, status updates, and conversion metrics. Coordinate with the UAE-based team for warm handovers, onboarding, and client success. Contribute ideas, strategies, and market insights to continually improve the sales process. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English. Strong research and digital prospecting skills (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). High resilience and work ethic—comfortable with volume outreach and rejection. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude. UAE market knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
