Role Overview As a Business Development Consultant for Executive Search Service, you will focus on securing new headhunting assignments and expanding our client portfolio. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, pitch customized headhunting solutions, and negotiate retainer agreements. You’ll also work closely with our Recruitment Consultant team to ensure smooth project handovers and successful placements. Your contributions are rewarded through quarterly commissions for each senior-level placement. Job Responsibilities Source and engage new corporate clients for exclusive headhunting assignments Pitch Adecco’s executive search services to C-suite and hiring managers across sectors (Manufacturing, FMCG, IT, Financial Services, etc.) Develop and execute outreach campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.) Negotiate search mandates, fee structures, and agreements Partner with Recruitment Consultants for seamless project handovers Track and report on KPIs (pipeline volume, mandate wins, conversion rates) Experience requirements Good command of spoken and written English 2–3 years of business development or client-facing experience in headhunting or professional services Hunter mentality with strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented Strong organizational skills and CRM experience Passion for solving client leadership challenges with tailored talent solutions Your benefits Working in one of the world’s leading HR Solutions Provider (recruitment and payroll & staffing…) with professional & dynamic environment Annual performance bonus Learning & Training to develop your competence and broaden your knowledge Collective activities (Team building, Workshops, 20/10, Halloween, X’mas, Tet dinner…) Leaves up to 20 days and above depending on the internal level (Annual leave, Personal leave, X’mas…) Mobile phone allowance Premium Health and Personal Accident Insurance for yourself.
