Your Role

  • Identify and engage decision-makers (e.g. SMEs, fiduciaries, family offices)
  • Promote digital and IT solutions tailored to clients’ strategic needs
  • Build and maintain a growing portfolio of B2B clients
  • Contribute actively to Luxfactory’s growth strategy and go-to-market execution

Your Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales, consulting, or IT/digital services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven, autonomous, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus
  • Knowledge of public funding or IT/HR solutions is an asset—or strong willingness to learn

This is a freelance/part-time role with the potential to evolve into a permanent position based on performance. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your time while benefiting from the strategic support of the Luxfactory team
