AROMA JOE’S is actively recruiting for a Business Development Consultant for its locations in Southern Maine and New Hampshire who will lead the charge in maintaining brand standards and fostering strong relationships with franchisees.

SUMMARY
As an Aroma Joe’s Business Development Consultant, you will partner with franchisees, baristas, customers, and the community in creating strong business relationships through coaching, mentoring, and training franchisees and employees in operations, marketing, and profitability.
Th Business Development Consultant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong problem-solving skills, possess business acumen, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and embody the Aroma Joe’s core values of caring, passion, and commitment to excellence.

· Learn and maintain a working knowledge of all Aroma Joe’s recipes and procedures.
· Provide positive and constructive feedback positively and provide necessary solutions.
· Deliver information in an organized manner.
· Seek ways to support franchisees, baristas and customers that exceeds expectations.
· Create strong relationships and rapport with franchisees.
· Communicate with franchisees on various topics on a regular basis.
· Understand all instore operational procedures and tasks including at the barista and Team Leader level to assist shops.
· Participate in community outreach and local store marketing support.
· Complete assigned monthly Compliance Evaluations in a timely manner.
o Commit to being thorough, consistent, and fair when completing these evaluations.
· Coach franchisees on methods to improve operations and increase profitability in their shops.
· Other job responsibilities as assigned.
