Who We’re Looking For:

• You have 1+ years of experience in any sales background (Hospitality, Insurance, Events, Telecom and other industries)
• Confidence, resilience, and a natural drive to outperform.

What About the Salary?

We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses, which means your earning potential is truly unlimited.

• Average performers earn around €36k in their first year (base + commission)
• By year two, earnings typically rise to €52k
• Senior Consultants and top performers are achieving €80k+ annually on their 2nd year
