BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Type - Part time, (16 hours a week)
Location - St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary - £14-£16 an hour (depending on experience)
Tezlom are looking are looking for a Business Development Consultant to be part of a Homecare Branch in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We are looking for someone preferably with business development / sales experience.
Our Business Development Executives play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of the business through the provision of the qualify of service given to clients focused on continuity and reliability of their supplier chain.
In addition, you are responsible for a variety of duties within the business, being client and candidate facing allows you to build long-lasting relationships and understand the healthcare sector.
You will be working as part of an office team to provide the best service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Act as primary client contact, recording expectations and facilitating communication.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining client relationships.Offer clear guidance on shift terms to candidates and clients.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and build relationships to promote brand.
  • Collaborate with The Director to understand and communicate business offerings.
  • Meet/exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to Branch Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations and legislation.
