Qmaizen Quality is hiring a Business Development Consultant with experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry to grow business across Egypt and the MENA region. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the TIC sector • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Conduct market analysis and understand client needs • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Track sales KPIs and report to management Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the TIC industry • Strong knowledge of compliance and trade regulations in Egypt and MENA • ISO or compliance-related certifications are a plus 💼 Competitive salary + commission 📍 Work Location: UAE 🕒 Full-time | On-site (8 AM – 5 PM)
