JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position plays a pivotal role in the growth of XYZ Business Services – Dubai by serving as the direct link between the company and potential clients. The role involves building strong relationships, representing the brand at various industry events, and ensuring clients have a smooth and efficient experience with business setup services.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the best legal structures and jurisdictions for setting up businesses in the UAE.
- Handle inbound sales calls and initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Generate and convert leads through relationship selling, social media, Google leads, and networking.
- Engage with leads from the internal CRM/database and drive them through the sales funnel.
- Apply a consultative selling approach to tailor solutions based on each client’s needs and objectives.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, investors, and decision-makers.
- Provide guidance on business structures, jurisdictions, licensing, and government procedures in the UAE.
- Exceed revenue targets and consistently close sales with a focus on high conversion.
- Develop channel sales by identifying and managing strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with PROs, government departments, and free zones.
