A typical day for our Business Development team is centered around directly securing projects by offering guidance on pursuits and bids, leveraging our influence on client leaders to cultivate stronger relationships, aligning priorities with prevailing market trends, crafting compelling marketing materials and award submissions – and handling a myriad of tasks in between! Each member of the team is aligned with a specific business group or geographic region, all while being an integral part of the larger Clients & Markets team, providing mutual support and fostering growth. While we physically collaborate with our respective group/region stakeholders, we maintain regular connections with our team to exchange insights and collaboratively tackle business initiatives.
We’re currently seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator to work across our national practice, but with a scope that extends across Australia and Asia. This role is designed for candidates with some experience in business development, marketing, or bid leadership.
