The Opportunity As our Australian business grows, so is our team and presence in the market. This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity for someone who has the purpose and passion to make an impact. We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our team on a 12 month contract. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with your Customer & Markets colleagues, Business Directors, Market Leaders, and client service teams in Australia and New Zealand. Based in either Melbourne, or Sydney, you will partner with the business throughout the lifecycle of a pursuit in developing winning bids and proposals with a compelling and differentiated strategy. This includes coordinating technical inputs from others, as well as guiding and editing proposal content. It is important to be able to roll up your sleeves to get the job done when deadlines are approaching. With no two bids the same, you will be the custodian of the bid response, ensuring we apply strong pursuit management principles to ensure client focus, clarity of message, and compliance with requirements. You will also provide support on other Customer & Markets initiatives, including our customer experience programs and market-shaping activities across our key growth sectors. Responsibilities
The coordinator will partner with the business throughout the pursuit lifecycle to develop winning bids and proposals by coordinating technical inputs and guiding/editing proposal content. They will act as the custodian of the bid response, ensuring pursuit management principles are applied for client focus, clarity, and compliance.
