Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Coordinator for our Canmore location.

The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for proactively managing appointment scheduling, coordinating transportation services (including rentals, valets, and shuttles), and providing administrative and filing support. We are seeking a highly motivated professional who demonstrates energy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Book guest appointments and manage/transfer all Service Department calls.
  • Contact customers to remind them of upcoming appointments.
  • Perform outbound post-service customer experience/satisfaction phone calls/texts the following day of servicing their vehicle.
  • Keep detailed notes in PBS Customer File “workplan” of all interactions made.
  • Daily updates/emails to Service/Sales Managers and General Manager on customers that were contacted and if they were happy or require a Manager to reach out to them because of an issue.
  • Promote positivity when speaking to our customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Increase sales and performance targets for Fixed Operations Department and Sales Department.
  • Make outbound phone calls to book appointments for the Sales Department and to upsell service appointments.
  • Make phone calls to customers to book recall work that could be completed on their current vehicle, working with parts team on restricted parts.
  • Contact special order parts when required, and if parts have not arrived, re-book customer appointments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a dealership setting as an appointment or business development coordinator.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confident, professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proven record of positive customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
