The Business Development Co-ordinator will contribute towards the company sales and growth strategy through the identification and management of maintenance opportunities.
COMA Contracts (Control operation & maintenance agreement) form the backbone of ENWCML and their growth assists with all other areas of the business. We have circa 1000 customer sites and a developing catalogue of services. As a COMA Sales Co-ordinator the role holder will offer existing customers a wider breath of services as well as identifying and target new customers.
Lead generation will be primarily self-generated with opportunities and bookings also coming from sales campaigns and other internal stakeholders
All new customer equipment is surveyed and documented in line with set processes, as such the role holder will be expected to travel throughout the UK (Majority of travel within North West) to manage site visits and gather information. This will be utilised for pricing, safety and internal key stakeholders review.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The position will involve the self-management of diaries and time, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline is maintained, customers are kept up to date with our current proposals and products, whilst keeping stakeholders briefed and engaged.
The role holder will also hold account management responsibility for a section of customers, ensuring high value clients are engaged with regularly, this will make certain that all opportunities with these accounts are highlighted and managed.
