About the Role We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Development Coordinator to act as the vital link between our employers, learners, and delivery teams. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage inbound leads, coordinate enrolments, and ensure all apprenticeship documentation is completed accurately and compliantly. To succeed, you’ll need: In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules, the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS), and regional employer grants. Proven experience in a business development or employer engagement role. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to employer sites. Key Responsibilities Respond to employer and learner enquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Coordinate enrolments, inductions, and eligibility checks. Maintain accurate records to support ESFA and audit requirements. Promote apprenticeship and skills programmes to new and existing employers. Support employer engagement events and marketing activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless learner onboarding. What We’re Looking For Experience in business development, sales, or employer engagement within FE or apprenticeships. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance. Highly organised, proactive, and resilient.
