Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the Coordinator, Health Information Technology (HIT), e-Commerce, and Payer Relations will work with the Business Development team to support the advancement of the NCCN Mission and Vision and the influence of NCCN Content. The Coordinator will be responsible for implementation of all HIT, e-Commerce, and Payer Relations related development across appropriate internal channels. Moderate travel may be required. Position is office-based in Plymouth Meeting, PA, with the ability to work remotely two days per week MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with HIT and Payer Relations team and the larger Business Development team for successful execution of Business Development strategies related to HIT, e-Commerce and Payer (health insurers) access to NCCN Content. Implement all contracts and amendments related to use of NCCN Content into appropriate intranet systems and contracting system (Cobblestone). Support the HIT Team by optimizing communication internally and between NCCN and current or potential HIT Licensees, including Payers. Work with internal NCCN staff for appropriate contract follow through. Work with the Director, Business Development to protect NCCN’s Intellectual Property. Manage coordination of invoicing process for licensing, quality assurance, and other HIT related activities as assigned. Assist with HIT revenue forecast as needed. Oversee e-commerce revenue ensuring external stakeholders remain compliant with the terms of the NCCN EULA by pulling reports weekly to discuss business implications. Contribute to the execution of strategies for and collaborations with Payers for the commercial use of the NCCN Guidelines and/or the NCCN family of Compendia, including e-Commerce subscriptions, contracting, and management of ongoing relationships. Contribute to the planning, organization, implementation, and tracking of HIT, e-Commerce and Payer strategies and programs. Visit potential NCCN funding sources and attend relevant national conferences as needed. Provide for pre-activity/meeting planning, including scheduling prep meetings for review of existing relationships. Manage and report on progress of multiple project timelines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements EDUCATION/RELATED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required Prior experience in Business Development, Project Management, Accounting, or Non-Profit Administration preferred; internship experience considered Contracting experience a plus SKILLS AND ABILITIES: High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow through Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal colleagues and external customers at various levels Strong communications skills, especially in writing Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines High level of professionalism Team player who is also self-motivated and can work independently Outstanding follow up and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Willingness for moderate travel within the United States WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position operates in a professional office environment and is largely sedentary.
