BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

River City Nissan is a three-time winner of the NAOE (Nissan Award of Excellence) which is awarded to dealers for outstanding performance. We are looking to add a part-time Business Development Coordinator to our team! We need great people, like you, to join our team at our state-of-the-art dealership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Service appointment coordinating; advise customers of additional maintenance/accessories

  • Service appointment reminder and follow up phone calls/texts
  • Service campaign planning
  • Parts SOR follow up
  • Take payment/process payment pre-approvals for service
  • Assist advisors with incoming customers and vehicles
  • Meet new and used sales customers and book first oil change
  • Monitor service surveys and track customer satisfaction
