    Responsibilities
    • Handle customer calls and follow up on sales appointments effectively.
    • Respond quickly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat, using emails, scripts, and templates.
    • Capturing initial customer information
    • Provide initial product information and guide customers to appropriate dealership resources.
    • Follow up with leads who are undecided or have missed appointments.
    • Engage in team and process development sessions to foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.
    • Utilize our CRM tracking system on a daily basis to manage leads.
