  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Zoom and other related software
  • Experience in a role supporting residential real estate brokerage, real estate associations, or a multiple listing service preferred.
  • Salesforce CRM preferred

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

This is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time role. Your essential duties and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Monitor, respond and assign incoming leads from the company website.
  • Contact offices in poor accounting standing to resolve outstanding payments.
  • Assist with outgoing calls to support company projects and initiatives.
  • Field incoming help requests from key customers via telephone, email, and chat, or at events in a courteous and professional manner
  • Work with Event Manager to organize logistics for event sponsorships and promo items.
  • Provide administrative support for broker programming, the MLS Advisory Council, the Broker Advisory Council, Commercial Advisory Group, and various work groups.
  • Occasionally attend industry events sponsored by the Business Development Team to assist with setup/tear down, work an expo table, take photos, and gather testimonials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to engage brokers through social media and email content, compile customer testimonials, and develop content for campaigns.
  • Build rapport with potential and existing customers.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Must record all hours worked. If overtime is worked (over 40 hours) advanced approval is required from the department manager
  • Timely and regular attendance is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function.
  • Cross-training for other departmental functions is expected and required.
  • Travel inside and outside of the state of Florida required.
  • Must be able to work in Central Florida and from corporate headquarters and other offsite locations as needed.
