JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Coordinator will play a critical role in expanding our client base and fostering relationships with referral sources. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve our growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
