Williamson Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our exciting team. Williamson Automotive has been a leading employer in the Uxbridge community for 78 years. We strive to provide a great team-based atmosphere and are actively involved in the community.
This is a permanent, full-time position, so we are hoping to find the right fit for our team. The successful candidate will be located at our GM dealership in Uxbridge, On.
The Business Development Coordinator (BDC)plays a crucial role in driving sales and customer engagement. The BDC is responsible for identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities, managing customer relationships and supporting the delership’s marketing and sales strategies. A customer centric approach to all duties and interactions is a must! This is a fast-paced sales department with our goal set on 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, via email, phone or online platforms
  • Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries regarding pricing, warranties, vehicle features etc.
  • Follow up with any unsold customers with the goal of converting leads to appointments
  • Assign a sales associate to the booked leads, ensure the vehicle is ready for the appointment and follow up after the appiontment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interaction in CRM system
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPI’s
  • Perform other duties as required/requested by management.
