Automotive Business Development Representative
James Braden Nissan is seeking a top phone sales producer to work in our volume Nissan store in Kingston.
If you are strong appointment-setter and have a proven track record in retail Sales, Internet Sales, or have previously worked in an Auto Dealership’s Business Development department, we are looking for you!
The Sales Coordinator utilizes superb communications skills & professionalism to handle inbound/outbound sales related client calls.
The Sales Coordinator is trained on scripts & must be sharp minded. Competitive base salary, plus bonuses based on sales appointment “shows” and “sold”. Monthly incentives and bonuses.
Previous relative sales experience is required. Candidates must be well spoken, have excellent telephone skills, and be computer savvy. We will provide a constant flow of quality prospects. You will turn prospects into appointments and be paid well to do so!

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Strong communication skills

  • Great attitude and work ethic
  • A desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • General business knowledge, experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to close the sale and handle customer requests.
  • Must possess experience working under time constraints and managing priorities.
  • Must be able to think of innovative ways to get results.
  • Must possess the ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Expectations are 80-100 tasks to be completed everyday. These include text, phone calls and emails.
  • This position requires an OMVIC licence to be obtained within a few weeks of starting at your own expense. It is the candidates requirement to keep this Automotive sales licence valid.
  • Must be bondable with a clear criminal records check for which a pardon hasn’t been granted.
  • Must have a clean drivers abstract.

We also have dogs in our dealership from time to time by employees or customers.
