QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 8–10 years in interior fit-out contracting in the UAE, with a portfolio of won projects.
• Software Skills:
• Design & Rendering: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Presentation: PowerPoint, Keynote.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional client negotiation and team leadership.
• Strategic, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

JOB PURPOSE:

We seek a Senior Design Manager with 8–10 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out contracting to win projects, lead design execution, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a compelling presenter, and a team leader who drives business growth while ensuring design excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT ACQUISITION

• Identify and secure new fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi and the UAE through client engagement, proposals, and pitches.
• Develop winning strategies for tenders, including cost estimates, design narratives, and presentations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to expand company opportunities.
