WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO QUALIFY:

  • 3–5 years of proven success as a marketer or business development professional in skilled nursing or healthcare
  • Deep understanding of the San Diego post-acute market and referral landscape
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build trust with referral sources and maintain long-term partnerships

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, HMOs, senior living communities, and care coordinators
  • Drive census development through targeted outreach, relationship management, and community engagement
  • Execute the facility’s marketing strategy and ensure consistent messaging and brand presence
  • Represent the facility at events, meetings, and community functions to increase visibility and referrals
  • Serve as a liaison between referral partners, families, and internal staff to ensure a seamless admissions experience
