Cliantha Research isseeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, project management, and customer relationship management, with the ability to negotiate and close deals that align with our company’s objectives. A background in clinical research will be very helpful and preferred!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and business development within a relevant industry. (Clinical Research)
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
