Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. All about the Role Business Development Director, in partnership with the existing team, will drive growth of Mastercard Advisors business in the South-East Europe division, one of Europe’s fastest growing regions, including Israel, Romania, Croatia, Serbia & Bulgaria. Their efforts with be focused on developing new business and creating strong partnerships with financial institutions, retailers, FinTechs and Government entities within payments and beyond. Business Growth & Sales Execution • Shape and execute Mastercard Advisors’ growth strategy for Israel, as part of the SEE division • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature, while managing a healthy and transparent pipeline • Identify emerging opportunities to drive new business • Develop compelling, well-structured proposals and present confidently to senior executives Client Relationship Management • Build and nurture strong relationships across C-level and mid-management within existing accounts • Expand client base and uncover new opportunities (incl. partnerships) • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for clients Cross Functional Collaboration • Coordinate with local and regional product, client services, and sales teams to support strategic initiatives • Ensure seamless handover and collaboration with project delivery teams, identifying follow on opportunities Leadership & Knowledge Building • Support recruiting, onboarding and development of team members • Contribute to new intellectual capital and internal best practices All About You • Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm, payments/ banking expertise and experience in helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level is desirable • Native Hebrew speaker with advanced English proficiency • Strong sales track record and commercial mindset • Excellent communication, relationship‑building and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities • High comfort operating in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment • Proficiency with GenAI tools to enhance productivity and delivery • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Education Needed: • Undergraduate degree required • MBA or relevant post graduate degree (beneficial but not critical) #servicesbd To find US Salary Ranges, visit People Place.
