We are looking for a Business Development Director to accelerate the Double-Digit Growth of the most compelling Artificial Intelligence Software Company in Europe! You are a seasoned Business Development Director with a proven track record of over achievement, this great opportunity is for you!
You will manage a proactive and results driven team of Business Development Reps (BDRs) that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their territory (mainly UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Benelux, Nordics). You will play a key role, being a valuable contributor to the Go-To-Market strategy while providing action plan to achieve company objectives.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 7+ years’ experience in the Business Software industry (Cloud-based Marketing, CRM, Finance or HR software…)
  • 5+ years ‘experience successfully building, managing, coaching and developing an international business development team
  • Proven track record addressing C-Levels in Large Accounts
  • Numbers driven and results oriented
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, a second European language will be a plus ideally French
  • Business Degree Preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage, Hire, Train and Coach a multicultural team of BDR’s working with latest technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesloft)
  • Work closely with AVP Sales leaders to define the best Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to build creative and efficient campaigns or events to address C-Levels Decision Makers.
  • Ensure team continuous improvement by implementing best practices
  • Monitor weekly team activity with Salesforce dashboard and propose action plan
  • Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new BDR’s
