Your Mission (Full-Cycle Ownership): You will assume full ownership of the commercial cycle: from Strategic Market Development and Prospecting within key sectors (Healthcare, Aviation, F&B) to Consultative Solution Selling, where you will translate the technical challenges of Enterprise clients into customized value propositions and tailored engineering teams. Your mission includes leading the entire Negotiation and Deal Closure process for high-value agreements, culminating in Account Management and Expansion to ensure long-term satisfaction and continuous growth of Nuvolar's client portfolio. Collaboration and direct reporting to the CEO. What You Need to Succeed: 10+ years of end-to-end B2B sales experience in digital services or IT consulting. Proven success closing deals exceeding €100k autonomously. Ability to structure complex proposals for engineering teams (People-Based Solutions).
